Above and Beyond.
Tim went above and beyond every step of the way. He was always available for any questions we had and responded quickly, he showed us every house we wanted to see (even if that meant seeing 8 in one day!), and pointed out details we overlooked. We were anxious to get a house ASAP so we were almost willing to accept anything that seemed big enough, Tim brought us back to reality & pointed out things like busy roads might not be a good idea with our kids etc. This was our first home purchase and Tim made it an incredible experience. We truly feel like we've made a new friend! I would strongly recommend him to anyone in search of a home or selling!

Tim Smith was great from start to finish. He was personable and fun to be around. He communicated with us all the time and made us feel comfortable talking to him. I really feel like I made a new friend.
He also knows his stuff and works hard to find the best fit for you. I felt absolutely no pressure from him at all. He wasn't after the quick sale, and helped us to make sure we stayed in our budget.

Top notch..
Top notch. Tim is enthusiastic but restrained and does not smother or pressure you. After looking at few houses he had a precise and exact idea of my tastes and what I was looking for. He did not waste my time with referrals on properties that I would not like.
Tim also has a sound understanding of construction and mechanical principles, a rarity in his line of work. Most Realtors know houses but Tim also knows how to build and maintain one.

About Timothy Smith
Timothy Smith is a native of the Bucks/Montgomery County Area. After graduating from Upper Moreland High School, Tim attended Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA, where he completed a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. Shortly after graduating from Wentworth he went to work as a Superintendent managing large scale commercial construction projects which inspired his passion for real estate. This passion coupled with his construction knowledge, negotiation skills, and tireless work ethic has allowed Tim to provide exceptional insight while serving his Bucks and Montgomery County clients in the home buying/selling process.When not helping Bucks and Montgomery County home buyers/sellers, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and 5 children.
